Chain conveyors are ideal for both horizontal and vertical conveying (0°–90°) in a single integrated solution. They can be supplied with a single or double chain and are designed to handle even challenging materials such as wood chips, poultry manure, and silage — while operating just as efficiently with lighter products such as flour, sawdust, wood shavings, pellets, and other wood waste.

Single-chain Type GWS
The GWS conveyor is a robust and energy-efficient solution, ideal for both horizontal and vertical conveying. It is particularly well suited for materials such as flour, sawdust, wood shavings, and wood waste, and uses only one-tenth of the energy compared to traditional pneumatic conveying. The result is high performance, low operating costs, and the flexibility to support both standard installations and complex production environments.

Flexible design:
- Modular construction with sections ranging from 490 to 2990 mm

- A robust chain guide made from wear-resistant material ensures low-noise operation and long service life, even under demanding conditions.

- ATEX-approved internally for Zone 21
- Supplied with Brilex explosion panels
Double-chain Type GWD
Advantages:
- Conveying angles up to 90° and free spans up to 8 m
- High performance with only 1/10 of the energy consumption compared to traditional pneumatic conveying
- Reliable, dust-tight, fire-safe, and low-noise operation
- Minimal maintenance and long service life
Flexible design:
- Modular construction: can be assembled with sections in multiple lengths (490–2990 mm) and bends at 15° and 45°
- The design allows large capacities and makes the system easy to adapt to specific requirements
- Supplied as standard in galvanized steel, but also available in stainless steel or painted finish
- Two robust chain guides made from wear-resistant material ensure low-noise operation and protect the chains from wear caused by corrosive materials
Safety:
- ATEX-approved for Zone 21 and supplied with Brilex explosion panels, providing a safe solution even in demanding environments
Chain Conveyor Type GWS200
The GWS200 conveyor is a compact and exceptionally strong conveying system that is easy to adapt to all conditions. It is particularly suitable where small installation dimensions and lower capacities are required.
- Suitable for conveying: Sawdust, wood shavings, coarse wood waste, wood chips, etc.
- Capacity: Up to 50 m³/h
